Senior monitor training with Unleash Your Full Potential

Are you ready to take the next step towards learning more about the Enlightenment Intensive?  This is it, not only will you be able to help others along their journey towards awakening, you will also learn how to become a Senior Monitor and support the entire Intensive by being a staff member.  This is very rewarding work, to be able to be with participants on their path towards awakening.  The support you give on the intensive is very important to helping others and the facilitator.

Since 1968 this process has been used by over 800K people as a path to awakening, with many direct experiences.  From ongoing trainings and manuals you will learn about the Intensive from the inside out.  You begin with Online trainings, and then become support staff on Intensives, leading up to becoming a Senior monitor.  

This work is handed down through the lineage of teachers of the Enlightenment Intensive.  Lawrence Noyes who was Charles Berners main teacher at the Dyad School Of Enlightenment is no longer facilitating the trainings, he is now authorizing those who he feels can teach this process the opportunity to guide others on this path to eventually becoming Enlightenment Intensive masters.  Lawrence is still an immense amount of support and is available for any questions along the way.

If you have taken at least 2 intensives and are drawn to helping facilitate this work, this is the path.  Intensives open up a possibility of new dimensions of growth for ourselves and others, our own growth continues from taking more intensives and also when we become Staff and support others on this journey, we not only work on helping others but in many aspects you will begin to see yourself along the way through participant's eyes and similarities on your own unfolding path.  Very rewarding work, seeing how your guidance can help others transform and at times seeing these transformations right in front of your eyes, knowing that your guidance made a difference to others and their journey is truly priceless.   

This Jan 11th-12th, 2025 we begin with the Online Training.  The Senior monitor training is a 2 year process where you will have many trainings and also you will be a part of Staffing Intensives.  You will receive guidance and support along the way, Q&A's and the opportunity to work directly with participants though our life changing process, gaining experience and confidence with the work and how to best help participants on Intensives.
