In the Art of Meditation interactive program we will be exploring 4 distinct styles of meditation, breathwork, many valuable life skills and more in a 4 week program held online on Sunday's!
Beginning with learning the basics of meditation, to advanced practices. We will begin with one of the most useful basic meditations that's easy to do, also learn a bit of science around meditation and why this is probably the best activity we can incorporate into our daily lives, from here we will explore different styles of meditation practices and up to 8 unique meditations, which you will have a chance to put into practice each week, depending on the individual some styles may work better then others, discover what works best for you.
Learn how to take daily mini vacations in the the comfort of your own home. Learn mindfulness practices that are unique and not well known. Upon completion and throughout the program, you will have a link to download the meditations so you can practice each week at home and have access to get feedback and guidance along the way.
